<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a fuel cell system to release a lock in impeller freezing with less amount of heat. <P>SOLUTION: A hydrogen circulation pump 21 comprises a pump 51 having an impeller 69, rotation of which transfers hydrogen from a hydrogen tank and exhausted hydrogen from a fuel cell; and a motor 49 having a rotor 59 for rotating the impeller 69 and a stator 55. The impeller 69 and the motor 49 are housed in the same casing 53.
