<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping joint structure capable of firmly and reliably connecting a pipe to a flange, and reducing the manufacturing cost, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the piping joint structure comprising a pipe having a flange part protruded in the radial direction and a flange having an insertion hole with an end of the pipe being inserted therein and a flange recessed part with the flange part being fitted to a circumferential edge on the pipe insertion side of the insertion hole, and its manufacturing method, the inside diameter of the flange recessed part is formed to be larger than the outside diameter of the flange part, the flange part of the pipe is plastically deformed in the radial direction, and the flange part is abutted on an inner wall of the flange recessed part in a surface manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
