<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional fluid feeding device shortening extremely a total elongation of a tube. <P>SOLUTION: The functional fluid feeding device 6 is provided with a functional fluid tank 43, a functional fluid feeding tube 44 connecting the functional fluid tank 43 and a functional fluid drop discharging head 3, and a pressure-regulating valve 46 pressure-adjusting by opening or closing a valve 76 due to a diaphragm 75 provided on it, and facing to the atmosphere. The functional fluid feeding tube 44 has a tank side tube 58 connecting the functional fluid tank 43 and a primary chamber 70, and a head side tube 61 connecting a secondary chamber 79 and the functional fluid drop discharging head 3, and the head side tube 61 comprises a single head side main tube 121 connected to the secondary chamber, and a plurality of head side branch tubes 122 which is branched off from the head side main tube immediately adjacent to a plurality of functional fluid drop discharging heads, and at the same time, connected to each of the functional fluid drop discharging heads. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
