<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform operation activities of a taxi company by constructing a system in which a position information service using a GPS (global positioning system) function links up with a database and completely automating automatic registration of a business journal or the like and a taxi allocation system by an unmanned call center. <P>SOLUTION: Each taxi vehicle is provided with a database and a GPS function inside the vehicle, acquires position information of its own vehicle and registers the position information in a database in its own vehicle. Synchronization processing between the database in its own vehicle and a center database of the taxi company is performed, the position information is sequentially transmitted to the center database of the taxi company, and the taxi company always grasps the position information of the entire vehicles. Each taxi vehicle automatically registers information of a traveling route in the database of the vehicle while traveling with a passenger in the vehicle, and when the taxi vehicle arrives at a destination, a business journal is prepared and registered in the database of the vehicle.
