<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally manage communication information addressed to a sales manager and communication information addressed to a sales representative for specific sales objects and quickly inform a sales representative and a sales manager of these information. <P>SOLUTION: A sales activity support server 2 comprises sales representative terminals which sales representatives use and a sales manager terminal which a sales manager uses. The server is connected to these terminals via the Internet 6.
