<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dechlorination treatment apparatus for a waste plastic which can perform dechlorination treatment of the waste plastic safely and continuously. <P>SOLUTION: In the waste plastic dechlorination treatment apparatus 300, the waste plastic 500 loaded on a plurality of loading plates 310 carrying materials to be treated is fed sequentially by a plate transfer roller 315. Microwaves are irradiated onto the waste plastic 500 containing polyvinyl chloride on the loading plates 310 carrying materials to be treated and the polyvinyl chloride are dielectric-heated. A plate transfer case 330 provided in an upstream and a downstream of a plurality of cavities 320 attenuates the microwaves and increases airtightness of the microwave. Nitrogen gas is fed into the plate transfer case 330 by an inert gas supply source 201 and the waste gas containing hydrogen chloride of a plurality of cavities 320 is ejected from a plurality of exhaust gas vents 326. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
