<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to smoothly assemble a folding box made of a synthetic resin into a box shape and to fold it by piling up into an approximately parallelogram shape. <P>SOLUTION: A lapping margin absorbing part 8 is provided on the end part of one side plate 1 between two side plates 1 on both sides on corner parts of a pair of diagonal parts of the folded part so that a square cylindrical side wall constitutional part 3 of the folding box 7 made of the synthetic resin becomes an acute angle. On one side part of the bottom piece 4 brought out from one side plate 1 between two side plates 1 on both sides on the corner part of a pair of diagonal parts of the folded part so as to be an acute angle, an overlapped piece 11 is made to project to both the side plates 1 under the condition of box-shaped assembly through an inclined hinge part 9 inclined at an acute angle.
