<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network and a network system that is applicable to a wireless terminal even when it is a non-IP terminal, can carry out efficient movement management for the wireless terminals and relieve a load of a node playing a core roll of the system. <P>SOLUTION: In the network system wherein a mobile network including: the wireless terminals being the non-IP terminals; a gateway node including a wireless transmitter-receiver capable of making wireless communication with the wireless terminals; and a positional information storage device for storing positional information of the wireless terminals, and other networks to which terminals are connected are interconnected via a gateway, the gateway node or the positional information storage device stores data for classifying the wireless terminals into position registration start terminals and non-position-registration start terminals according to predetermined classification rules using wireless terminal IDs and allows only the position registration mobile terminals to register their positions among the wireless terminals for their communication. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
