PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radio broadcasting receiver in which reception of radio and reproduction of music are not switched frequently even in a place of unstable receiving level and without giving unpleasant feeling to a user. SOLUTION: The radio broadcasting receiver comprises a radio tuner section 1 outputting a voice signal received by selecting radio broadcasting, a section 2 for reproducing stored music data, and a control section 4 for acquiring the receiving level of a channel selected at the radio tuner section 1, making a transition to the music reproduction function at the music reproducing section 2 when the receiving level drops below a reference deterioration level, and resetting to the radio broadcasting receiving function at the radio tuner section 1 when the receiving level is reset to a reference recovery level set higher than the reference deterioration level.
