PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for delivering signals that realize flexible assignment of the band of a synchronous network, in matching with the requirements of a customer. SOLUTION: The system for delivering signal for supplying the transport packets of a television signals multiplexing a plurality of channels, in a transmission format of digital broadcast standard and transmitting and delivering them over a synchronous network, is configured so as to set the transmission rate in the synchronous network according to the number of multiplexed channels of each client.
