PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of switching patterns of resistances without increasing the number of resistors of an electronic potentiometer transducer. SOLUTION: A voltage-potentiometer transducer is equipped with a plurality of resistors which are connected in series between a first terminal (a) and a second terminal (b), the same number of resistors which are connected in series between the second terminal (b) and a third terminal (c), a switch S' which is connected in parallel to the respective resistors between the first terminal (a) and second terminal (b), a switch S which is connected in parallel to the respective resistors R between the second terminal (b) and the third terminal (c), and a driving circuit 3 which drives the respective switches S and S'. The plurality of resistors R' connected between the first terminal (a) and the second terminal (b) and the same number of resistors R connected between the second terminal (b) and the third terminal (c) are so connected that resistances having equal resistance values are paired and the respective switches connected to the paired resistors are switched by the driving circuit 3 in mutually opposite phase relation.
