PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always use latest data to continue processing without stopping the processing in time of a changeover of a table in a 24-hour continuous operating system, in a table changeover system and a table changeover program changing over the table on a shared memory used in the continuously operating system. SOLUTION: This table changeover program has: a copy step for copying a record wherein a succession flag of a record of an active table is active to a standby table when a changeover instruction of the active table provided with the succession flag in each the record resident on the shared memory is issued, and repeating changing-over of the succession flag of the record of the active table to standby, and the succession flag of the record of the standby table to activation; and a special access step for accessing the record wherein the succession flag of the corresponding standby table is active when the succession flag of an access target record of the active table is the standby, in response to access requirement to the record of the table from a business program.
