PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and accurately determine a correspondence retrieval processing region on a stereoscopic image even out of doors such as an urban area where erroneous correspondence frequently occurs in attaining the correspondence, and to attain the correspondence of an identical object on the stereoscopic image, based on a detected object position in order to restore a target object. SOLUTION: The configuration data forming device is constituted by an image acquisition means 11 for acquiring the stereoscopic image, a rough correspondence attaining means 12 for calculating a degree of similarity between the stereoscopic images and attaining the correspondence of the calculated degree of similarity and three-dimensional coordinates at the point where the degree of the similarity is calculated, an object position detecting means 13 for detecting the position of the target object, based on the correspondence result of the three-dimensional coordinates and the degree of similarity, and a minute correspondence attaining means 14 for attaining the correspondence of the identical object on the stereoscopic image, based on the position of the object in order to restore the target object.
