PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the capacity of a storage element has to be increased in proportion to an increased program volume since a program is stored in a storage element without compressing it. SOLUTION: A program is composed with module structure, compressed for each module and stored in a storage element. The compressed module is decompressed and executed in a writable element with module-execution timing to decrease the capacity of a storage element in which a program is stored.
