PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article dispensing device capable of simplifying a whole structure and reducing costs and sufficiently ensuring an article dispensing capacity. SOLUTION: An article dispensing mechanism 5 in the article dispensing device has a conveying rollers 52 and 54 which push and bring into contact with sheet-like articles W in the lowest section among a plurality of sheet-like articles W, W, ... in a article storage box 4, and the conveying rollers 52 and 54 are arranged on a position where the sheet-like article W in the lowest section is conveyable to the outside of the article storage box 4.
