PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge inappropriate setting information included in numerical control information in advance. SOLUTION: A numerically controlled working machine comprises a numerical control information storing means 15, a shape information storing means 16 for storing shape information such as material shape, finishing shape, fixing member shape and tool shape, an interim shape information storing means 17 for storing the shape of work under working by following the numerical control information, a cutting condition information storing means 18 for storing the depth of cut, cutting speed, and feeding rate, a working machine condition information storing means 19, and a numerical control information correctness judging means 20 for judging whether the numerical control information is correctly set by judging at least one judgement out of whether interference between the tool, working machine, fixing member and work will occur based on the shape information, interim shape information, cutting condition information and working machine condition information when the processing machine is moving the tool by following the numerical control information, whether excessive cutting or shortage occurs, and whether the cutting information such as the depth of cut is correct or not.
