PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brass brazing method to a rail to obtain a brass brazed rail structure for more positive contact with wheels while attaining simplification and efficiency of brazing work to a groove part formed in the rail. SOLUTION: The brazing method to the rail comprises a groove part forming process for forming a U-groove 3 in the wheel tread of the rail along the longitudinal direction; a brazing process for filling brass solder (brazing filler metal) fused with gas flames, in the U-groove 3 by heaping it up higher than the wheel tread of the rail; and a crushing process for crushing the heaped-up part 7a of the brass solder by wheels when a train passes through so that the brass solder (the brazing filler metal) comes in large area contact with the wheel tread of the rail.
