PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an existing wall repairing method for repairing an existing wall in a manner eliminating unevenness and imparting a beautiful finish to the wall, and to provide the wall repaired according to the method. SOLUTION: According to the method, an existing siding 5 is subjected to spraying of high-pressure water or the like to remove soil thereon, and then dried, followed by coating the surface of the siding 5 with a primer 7. Then the surface is coated with an unevenness adjusting agent 8 such as putty to form a uniform and flat front surface, and thus unevenness adjustment is achieved. Then the surface is coated with an undercoating material 9 and further with a top coating material 10, to thereby finish the wall surface. It is preferred that the unevenness adjusting agent 8 is formed of a resin coat such as acrylic resin-based putty. It is also preferred that the undercoating material 9 and the top coating material 10 are each formed of a modified silicone-based or an epoxyurethane-based elastic adhesive as a base, and a pigment and a filler added to the base, as needed.
