PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem in the conventional damper device: in the case when a worker opens an inspection door in order to clean the inside of the casing, it is quite difficult to completely remove powder stuck on a driving shaft, valve elements, arms, etc. in the inside of the casing, and also on the inside walls of the casing, and possibility of mixture of the residual power and the power to be treated in the following process is not precluded. SOLUTION: In the damper device, the inspection door is made on the side face of the casing having an inlet opening in the top part and an outlet opening in the bottom part. A valve seat is formed in the inner edge of the inlet opening. A flap valve-element is attached to an arm pivotally supported to the valve seat so as to conduct the closing/opening. A shaft is hermetically passed through the inspection door. A drive source is installed on the outside of the shaft, and a pivotal shaft for the flap valve is connected in the inside.
