PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor inspection device capable of identifying existence of irregularity and cause of irregularity by using pulsation information of vibration, noise, current and voltage or the like generated by a compressor and enabling execution of irregularity diagnosis relatively easily from an outside periphery of the compressor. SOLUTION: A state quantity detection means detecting at least state quantity of vibration, sound pressure generated from a compressor 1, current, voltage, and electricity input is provided, the state quantity is divided into a start part from beginning of start of the compressor 1 to passage of predetermined time and steady part after the start part and is converted to a predetermined characteristic quantity parameter.
