PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain both securement of sealing performance and improvement in assembling workability in a tandem type trochoid pump. SOLUTION: A clearance C<SB>S</SB>between an outer peripheral face 33 of a spacer 3 and an inner peripheral face 13 of a housing body 1 is set smaller than clearances C<SB>P1</SB>, C<SB>P2</SB>between outer peripheral faces 43, 53 of both outer rotors 4b, 5b and the inner peripheral face 13 of the housing body 1. Chamfers 31c, 32c are formed in both outer peripheral edges of the spacer 3. Both outer peripheral edges of the both outer rotors 4b, 5b have no chamfers and are formed approximately squarely.
