PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite structure capable of reducing impact or consequent noise in a building or a structure causing noise by vibration and impact. SOLUTION: The composite structure for absorbing impact and noise comprises an upper plate 10 and a lower plate 12 formed of a thin high-density material with high rigidity; a support body 26 inserted between the upper plate 10 and the lower plate 12 and formed with a space inside that can be filled with a grain material; and an impact and noise absorber 11 comprising heat resistant noise absorbing grains 48 filled inside the support body 26. This composite structure for absorbing impact and noise can substitute EPS (expanded polystyrene) and EPP (expanded polypropylene) which are inter-layer heat insulating and noise buffer materials of the building, and has excellent impact absorbing ability and noise absorbing effect at the same time because of insert-bonding a honeycomb member of excellent impact absorbing power between upper and lower laminated plates and filling sand or the like in the honeycomb space.
