PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the technology of completing the greatest defect "elimination work of a clogged substance" for a very short period of time. SOLUTION: The suction force of a suction opening 3 is switched to a temporary suction opening 5 with lever control while monitoring the underwater with a monitoring device without stopping the operation of a pump (suction work). Thus, after extruding and removing the clogged substance forcibly by destroying the suction force of the suction opening 3, restoration from the temporary suction opening 5 to the suction opening 3 is performed automatically, and the device for removing the clogged substance in one step at the suction opening returns to normal underwater suction work.
