PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a termite exterminator and algicidal agent having antibacterial/mildewproofing effect with a high exterminating effect to termite and a high algicidal effect to algae, low in toxicity to human or the like, and retaining the exterminating effect and algicidal effect for a long time, retaining safety to living environment, and the antibacterial/mildewproofing effects are effectively attained in a short time.
