PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filling mechanism capable of storing a liquid flowing out from each instrument and discharging it outside of the instrument by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The liquid filling mechanism has a rinser 1 for rinsing a container, a filler 2 for filling the liquid into a rinsed container, and a capper 3 for capping the container filled with the liquid. Drain pans 19, 20 and 21 are arranged between a cylinder 1a, a liquid tank 13 and a cylinder 16 being rotating parts of the rinser 1, the filler 2 and the capper 3, and retarders for driving the cylinder 1a, the liquid tank 13 and the cylinder 16, and the liquids flowing out from the rinser 1, the filler 2 and the capper 3 are stored in the drain pans 19, 20 and 21, and are discharged outside of the instruments.
