PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for settling accounts on charges of oil supply capable of decrease the expenditure of installation. SOLUTION: Lane identification information provided inherently to an oil supplying lane, a storing medium for electronic money and the kind of an oil are received before oil supplying from a user. After information which can specify an amount of the electronic money received according to the lane identification information received, and information which can specify the unit price of the kind of the oil received are correspondingly stored, in the oil supplying apparatus 1 corresponding to the received oil supplying lane, an oil supplying in which the maximum amount of oil supplying calculated from the amount of the electronic money and the unit price of the kind of the oil is an upper limit is made possible, and it is also made possible to receive from the other user. The charge of the oil supplying is calculated from a determined amount of the oil supplying inputted based on completion of the oil supplying from the oil supplying apparatus 1 which is to be possible to supply the oil and the unit price of the kind of the oil. The charge of the oil supplying is subtracted from a specified amount of the electronic money from the information stored in the storing means according to the lane identification information, to specify a new amount of the electronic money. Based on re-receiving of the storing medium for the electronic money, the amount of the electronic money in the storing medium is updated to a new amount of the electronic money specified.
