PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which is free from degradation of a pressure-sensitive adhesive agent layer even when any aromatic content is stored, and fitted to an inner surface of an opening part of a packaging material such as a packaging bag and a packaging container, and a packaging material with the tape fitted to the inner surface of the opening. SOLUTION: A resealing tape is fitted to the opening (21) of the packaging material (20) such as the container and the packaging bag, and consists of the pressure-sensitive adhesive agent layer (11), a barrier layer (12) and an adhesive layer (13) which are sequentially laminated.
