PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower part traveling device capable of preventing adhesion of earth and sand to a working grease supplying/discharging portion. SOLUTION: A cylinder portion 81 of an adjuster cylinder 81 and the working grease supplying/discharging portion 23 are made as separated bodies. The working grease supplying/discharging portion 23 is extended from the cylinder portion 81 of the adjuster cylinder 22. The working grease supplying/discharging portion 23 is attached between earth and sand dropping holes 32 of a traveling frame 2, and a grease chamber of the working grease supplying/discharging portion 23 and a grease chamber of the cylinder portion 81 are connected by a grease supplying/discharging pipe 93. The working grease supplying/discharging portion 23 can be transported to a position where earth and sand does not peel from an upper roller 18 and drop from the earth and sand drop holes 32 of the traveling frame 2. The working grease supplying/discharging portion 23 can be moved to a position which is not influenced by earth and sand adhered to the upper roller 19.
