PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assist grip capable of easily and excellently providing a cover part on a holding part. SOLUTION: The assist grip comprises a cylindrical holding base part 1 with both ends thereof opened, a cover part 2 attached to an outer circumferential part of the holding base part 1, and both mounting seat parts 3, 4 which are attached to both open ends of the holding base part1 and fixed to a mounted part in a cabin. Insertion parts 5, 6 inserted in the cylindrical holding base part 1 are formed on both mounting seat parts 3, 4 projectingly and integrally via stepped parts 5b, 6b. Locking parts 5a, 6a to be fitted to and locked to each other are provided on tips of both insertion parts 5, 6 inserted from both sides of the holding base part 1 are respectively provided.
