PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad member having a structure in which earth and sand hardly enters a space between a plate on a steel caterpillar side and a core plate, and the core plate on a pad member side to be fitted to the plate on the steel caterpillar side is warped to the opposite side. SOLUTION: In the pad member 5, a rubber-made pad is adhered to an outer surface of a core plate 7, a hook 8 to be hooked to the plate 1 on the steel caterpillar side is welded to one end of the core plate 7, and a fixing means to be fixed to the other end side by bolts is provided.
