PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine and a game system which enable a player to vary the probability of shifting to a special game form. SOLUTION: In a slot machine 1A, by having the player install a figure 90 to a figure installation unit 19, figure information stored in the figure 90 is read by an IC chip reader-writer 19c. When the figure information is read by the IC chip reader-writer 19c, the measurement of game time by a timing circuit 53 is started by the instruction of a CPU 32. Then, when the game time reaches stipulated game time T1, the CPU 32 acting as a probability changing means changes a game form from a standard game form to a high probability game form, and the shifting probability is changed from a standard shifting probability P0 to a high rate shifting probability P1 (>P0).
