PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine with a display device which can control the rise in the temperature without affecting the brightness with a simple control. SOLUTION: A control means (CPU301 of a sub-control board 300) drives light emitting elements (for example, D10, D13 and D16) alternately through at least two input/output ports (for example, DRIVE1 and DRIVE2) allocated to the drive line. The control means executes the control to validate the drive line which is connected through one of the input/output ports in the cycle of controlling the light emitting elements and do the drive line connected through the other of the input/output ports when it is invalidated.
