PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collapsing type fish capturing device giving fishes sense of relief by making a fish approach passing through a net body, wiping out fear feeling and caution of fishes to the fish approach so as to eliminate hesitation to go therein and thereby increasing fish-capturing efficiency. SOLUTION: The fish approach 30 of a collapsing type fish capturing device 21 comprises a collapsable cylindrical net body 32 having openings at the both ends and is formed to pass through the inside of a net body 29 along the rise and fall direction of skeletons 23-26 which net body 29 is extended to cover the upper part of a base frame 22, and a fish entrance 33 is formed at the lower side position on the midway of the cylindrical net body 32 forming the fish approach 30.
