<p>Weather-protection grating for flow channels comprises a grating insert placed on an opening in a basic frame and consisting of parallel lamellae (9) and vertical lamella supports. At least one lamella support is arranged a distance away from the ends of the lamellae and is provided with recesses (14) having a two-armed configuration with an insertion slit (15) running backward from a front opening and an angled inner suspending region (16). A lamella is suspended with a first angled edge strip (19) in the suspending region and engages with an opposite-lying second edge strip (20) under flexible deformation of the middle region (18) in a holding organ (22) fixed on the lamella support. Preferred Features: A lower support edge (17) formed on the transition from the insertion slit to the angled suspending region supports the middle region of a lamella.
