<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power leasing method that provides electric power and a space for using the electric power, thereby making it possible to charge a fee according to use of the space. <P>SOLUTION: A leaser registering means 26 receives leaser data and an ISP registering means 27 receives ISP data. When a user registering means 24 receives user data, the user's ID and PW are sent, and when a use authentication means 25 receives the user's ID and PW, user authentication is performed. When a use monitoring means 28 receives a use start request signal from the user's terminal 2, electric power is supplied. When a use end request signal is received from the user's terminal 2, the supply of the electric power is stopped. A charging means 29 calculates the charge for the service on the basis of the times of reception of the use start request signal and the use end request signal.
