<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of assembling a wire harness capable of suppressing degradation of efficiency of assembly operation and suppressing a sharp increase of cost. <P>SOLUTION: First to third wire harnesses are provided with either of sub harnesses 14a, 14b, 14c for a front part, and a sub harness 15 for a rear part. The sub harnesses 14a, 14b, 14c for the front part have lengths La1, La2, La3 equal with each other. The sub harness 15 for the rear part is common between different part numbers of the wire harnesses. The first wire harness includes the sub harness 14a for the front part and the sub harness 15 for the rear part directly connected with each other. The second wire harness includes an intermediate harness 16a provided between the sub harness 14b for the front part and the sub harness 15 for the rear part.
