<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet having superior mechanical properties, superior magnetic properties, high tensile strength and low high-frequency iron loss. <P>SOLUTION: The high-tensile-strength non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet superior in the high-frequency iron loss has an alloy content (Si, Al, Mn, Ni and P, and such Zr, C and N as to satisfy a content relationship of 0.1<Zr/8(C+N)<1.0) added for balancing the mechanical properties with the magnetic properties; has thickness controlled; and has both of a tensile strength of 800 MPa or higher and preferably 900 MPa or higher and a high-frequency iron loss W10/1,000 of 100 w/kg or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
