<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for performing limited-time release in release of an active ingredient from a coated preparation, food, etc., to provide the preparation and/or the food having a film for performing the limited-time release, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This method comprises performing the limited-time release in the release of the active ingredient from a composition (B) in which a core part containing the active ingredient is covered with a coating composition (A), wherein the core part containing the active ingredient is covered with the coating composition (A) which contains fine fibrous cellulose and a water-insoluble or slightly water-soluble coating base. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
