<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pick up a detection signal representing an electric potential of an object to be measured without being affected so much by a drive signal of a magnetism generating means in an electric potential measuring device, even in the case a detecting electrode is arranged near the magnetism generating means which is a source origin of a vibration driving force in a movable section bearing the detecting electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The electric potential measuring device comprises; a capacity varying means 101 which varies an electrostatic capacity between the object to be measured and the detecting electrode 105 by using mechanical vibration; and a detecting means 102 which detects an amount of charge induced on the detecting electrode by the capacity varying means. The capacity varying means comprises; the movable section 103 bearing the detecting electrode 105 and a magnetism receiving means 106; the magnetism generating means 108; and an electric field shielding means 107. The electric field shielding means is made up such that a magnetic field by the magnetism generating means 108 can mostly pass therethrough and reach the magnetism receiving means 106, but its electric field is shielded and blocked from reaching the detecting electrode 105 in order not to obstruct the detection of the detecting means 102. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
