<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic document managing device capable of effectively displaying an existing state of the whole electronic document which is stored therein, and capable of visually and easily searching the objected electronic document. <P>SOLUTION: In the electronic document managing device according to the present invention, a document map producing unit is designed to indicate each document file which is aligned according to a predetermined regulation by a file aligning unit using predetermined line segments, and to form a document map which connects these line segments into stripes, in which each line segment is given a classification color indicating classification of a group of document files by a color acquiring unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
