<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily manufacturable electric connector wherein soldering parts are located on the same plane. <P>SOLUTION: This electric connector includes an insulation housing, a plurality of first terminals, a plurality of second terminals, an earth piece, and a cover which can cover the insulation housing and can be electrically connected to the earth piece. The first terminal has a firmly holding part firmly held by the insulation housing, a soldering part which can be electrically connected to a circuit board, and a contact part which can be connected to a counterpart connector. The second terminal has a firmly holding part firmly held by the insulation housing, and a contact part which can be connected to the counterpart connector. The earth piece has a fast holding part held fast by the insulation housing and a soldering part which can be connected to the circuit board, and is aligned in a row with the plurality of first terminals, and this soldering part and the soldering part of the first terminal are located on the same plane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
