PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission device for transmitting information to an occupant of a vehicle by the vibration which is capable of easily discriminating the vibration for transmitting information from the vibration of the vehicle. SOLUTION: A haptic controller 100 having an operation unit 1 to transmit the vibration to an occupant of a vehicle and a memory unit 24 to store a plurality of kinds of vibrator drive patterns compares the plurality of kinds of vibrator drive patterns with the vehicle vibration pattern detected by a vehicle vibration sensor 4, selects the vibrator drive pattern most different from the vehicle vibration pattern, and vibrates the operation unit 1 by the selected vibrator drive pattern.
