PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute image processing at high speed by distributing a load suitably into a plurality of processors when processing an image. SOLUTION: Image processing operation sections 21a to 23a perform designated image processing on an allotted section among image data in an one pixel line. An allocation rate setting section 11a sets an allocation rate by varying a size of the allotted section in proportion to execution time of the allotted section executed by respective image processing operation sections 21a to 23a each time when the designated image processing for image data of N pixel lines is completed by image processing operation sections 21a to 23a.
