PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient heat exchanger superior in quality stability, improved in mass productivity and weight reduction, by providing the heat transfer effect equal to or more than a conventional heat exchanger composed of fine wires by constituting the heat exchanger with a heat transfer tube and a heat transfer plate. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger is constituted by combining a plurality of heat transfer tubes 1, and at least one heat transfer plate 2. At least one heat transfer plate 2 is formed in a waveform shape for increasing the heat transfer area. A plurality of cutout parts 3 for disturbing a flow are arranged on a surface of the heat transfer plate 2. The plurality of heat transfer tubes 1 are arranged in a waveform crest part 11 or a trough part 12 of the heat transfer plate 2. The plurality of heat transfer tubes 1 and the heat transfer plate 2 are constituted to be fixed by contact, and the heat transfer effect equal to or more than the conventional heat exchanger can be provided, and the quality stability and the mass productivity can be highly efficiently improved, and weight can be reduced.
