PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coiler plate simply formed and manufacturable and assemblable easily. SOLUTION: This coiler plate especially for a drawframe and a sliver winding device of a card machine comprises a sliver channel having an inlet and an outlet for sliver and a rotating plate. A cover having a through opening is present on the lower surface of the rotating plate.
