PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper for simplifying wearing by utilizing the advantage of both of a flat type and an underwear type. SOLUTION: Utilizing the characteristics of respective diapers of the flat type and the underwear type, the joint part of one side parts is joined and fixed like a conventional underwear type, and the joint part of the other side parts is made to have a tape system like a conventional flat type in this paper diaper. Thus, since only one leg has to be put through a diaper crotch part, it is possible to correspond to the movement of a user flexibly and to replace the diameter quickly. Moreover, fine adjustment of a waist size is possible, and trousers etc. can simply be put on and taken off. Thus, it is possible to solve the problems that (1) there have been only two kinds of flat type and underwear type diapers conventionally, (2) it has been difficult to put on the flat type diaper in a straight standing state of the user since the flat type diaper is a plane in its structure, (3) the underwear type diaper is suitable to put on in a straight standing and not moving state in its structure but not suitable to put on when movement of the user is added, and the waist size cannot be adjusted finely.
