The device has an upper arm (2) and a lower arm (3) connected with each other by a hinge (6), such that the arms are folded up and swiveled up, where the length of the arms adds up when they are swiveled apart. The arms are separately manufactured. A snow brush (4) is fastened to a lower side area of the upper arm. An ice scraper is provided at a right end of the lower arm and a handle is provided in a middle portion of the lower arm.
