<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a wireless network printer in an ad hoc mode is not able to move to be in a low power state in order to always receive a communication request by a radio wave at a place where there are many wireless terminals in the circumference. <P>SOLUTION: Even in the case where a wireless network means receives a communication packet in a low power state, the printer moves from the low power state into a normal state only when a communication key included in the communication packet is matched with a master communication key stored beforehand, and then a CPU means produces the communication response. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
