<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a portion for which vehicle color is to be identified correctly, regardless of the environmental conditions. <P>SOLUTION: In an image storage server 100, an image data control part 110 obtains a black-and-white image data and color image data and delivers each of the image data, obtained to a specific portion extraction processing part 120.
