<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor apparatus with high reliability in which light extraction efficiency is improved. <P>SOLUTION: This semiconductor apparatus comprises a supporting member having a recess, a pair of conductor wirings of positive and negative arranged to the supporting member, a semiconductor device mounted on the recess while electrically connected to the conductor wiring, and a coating member sealing the semiconductor device.
